These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bridge@Home's mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Bridge@Home is operated by TenTenKay LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
Our mobile application provides access to pre-dealt bridge hands, duplicate scoring, and community features. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application.
Our smart cards with QR codes are designed to work exclusively with the Bridge@Home application. Physical products are provided "as is" and subject to our return policy.
Hand credits are virtual items that allow you to play pre-dealt hands. Credits:
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and conditions. We do not store your complete payment information.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Digital products (hand credits) are non-refundable except as required by law.
For physical products, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier after the product has been shipped.

Teachers are responsible for the accuracy of their lesson content. Lesson content you create remains yours, but you grant Bridge@Home a license to host and distribute it to your students through the platform. Access to the Teacher Portal may be revoked if these Terms are violated.
Approved affiliates receive a unique referral code to share with potential customers. When a new user activates a deck with your code, both you and the user receive 200 bonus credits. Affiliates must not misrepresent their relationship with Bridge@Home or make claims about the product that are not supported by our official materials.
Approved resellers are authorized to purchase and resell Bridge@Home kits. Resellers must:

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Bridge@Home and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

You may not use, export, or re-export the Services or any related products in violation of U.S. export control laws, trade sanctions, or other applicable regulations. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country subject to U.S. trade sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted party list.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless conducted remotely at our discretion.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Wyoming, USA.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bridge@Home.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.
